Daily Behavior

Menu Bar Only

Menu Bar Only hides Voiscribd from Dock and app switcher while keeping it in the menu bar.

Use this if you want the app to stay present but visually minimal.

Launch at Login

Starts Voiscribd automatically at macOS login.

Recommended for always-available dictation workflows.

License Management

License Status shows current entitlement state (trial, licensed, warning, revoked).

Actions:

• activate/enter license key
• remove license from this Mac

Appearance and Branding

App Icon

Options:

• Blue Neon
• Graphite
• Obsidian

App Theme

Options:

• Classic
• Solarized Dark
• Solarized Light

Advanced Controls

Expert Mode

Enables advanced UI sections and controls (Chain, Vocabulary, Model Studio, technical toggles).

Sidebar Sections Layout (Expert Mode)

Choose sidebar section layout:

• Vertical
• Horizontal

Recommended Baseline

For most users:

• Launch at Login: on
• Menu Bar Only: on
• App Appearance: System
• enable Expert Mode after first stable transcription setup

Common Confusion

If settings look "missing", check whether Expert Mode is currently off.
